AD/Cessna 150/27 Seat Frame Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 150/27.

AD/CESSNA 150/27 Seat Frame 2/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 14 February 2008.
Background:	This is a unique Australian AD issued on 28 Feb 1978.  This AD required a one off modification to reinforce the seat frame on certain Cessna Aerobat aircraft.  The AD was issued after an incident overseas when a seat back failed during an aerobatic manoeuvre.  As all affected aircraft would have now installed the modification, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
