AD/Bushby M2/1 Canopy Frame Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BUSHBY M2/1.

AD/BUSHBY M2/1 Canopy Frame - Modification 8/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in1985 against Bushby Mustang II Canopy Frame Revision Instruction dated 11 January 1984, required a modification to prevent canopy detachment in-flight.  Compliance was required prior to 31 August 1985.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
