AD/BR700/6 Independent Overspeed Protection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BR700/6.

AD/BR700/6 Independent Overspeed Protection 12/2005

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 24 November 2005.
Note:  LBA AD D-2005-221 R1 (EASA Approval 2005-6249) refers.
Background:	The German Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA) has been informed by Rolls-Royce Deutschland that all affected independent overspeed protection (IOP) units have been replaced.  The LBA has cancelled AD D-2005-221 as no further action is required.
