AD/BO 105/4 Dual Flight Controls Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BO 105/4.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1986 against MBB Alert Bulletin AB 27, required a modification to prevent the possibility of the co-pilots collective pitch stick swivelling sideways under the co-pilots seat blocking the collective control.  Compliance was required before further flight after 1 July 1986.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
