AD/BO 105/13 Load Hook System Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BO 105/13.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1989 against MBB Alert Service Bulletin ASB-BO 105-80-107, required a modification to prevent inadvertent release of the load from load hook.  Compliance was required before further use of the load hook system or by
22 February 1989, which ever occurred first.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
