AD/BO 105/11 Amdt 1 Tail Rotor Transmission Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BO 105/11 Amdt 1.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1987 against MBB Alert Service Bulletin ASB-BO 105-30-101 Rev 1, required an inspection for cracks of tail rotor transmission mount and possible modification.  Compliance was required within 50 hours TIS after 30 October 1987.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
