AD/Bell 47/87 Amdt 1 Stabiliser Bar Damper Frame Clamp Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 47/87 Amdt 1.

AD/BELL 47/87 Amdt 1 Stabiliser Bar Damper Frame Clamp 2/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1981, required a one -time inspection of the stabilizer bar damper frame clamp to ensure proper clamp up forces in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 47-81-7.  The AD compliance was within 25 hours time in service after 30 September 1981.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
