AD/Bell 47/84 Frame Stiffening Assembly 660-2001-1 Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 47/84.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 February 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1981, required a one-time inspection of the frame stiffening assembly for the presence of corrosion prevention treatment in the interior of the tube frame in accordance with Soloy Conversions Service Bulletin 12-660.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 31 March 1981.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
