AD/Bell 412/7 Amdt 1 Airspeed and Ground Operation Restriction Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 412/7 Amdt1.

AD/BELL 412/7 Amdt1 Airspeed and Ground Operation Restriction 13/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 18 December 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1983, introduced speed and ground operation restrictions in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 412-83-10.  (The AD actually quoted 412-82-10).  The AD compliance was immediate.  As the requirements are included in the Flight Manual, the AD is no longer required.
