AD/Bell 222/7 Fin Assembly Attachment Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 222/7.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1986 against Bell Alert Service Bulletins (SB) No. 222-85-35 and 222U-85-10, required an inspection and modification of the vertical fin attachment.  Compliance was required prior to 1 March 1986.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
