AD/Bell 212/39 Engine Fuel Switch Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 212/39.

AD/BELL 212/39 Engine Fuel Switch 4/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 9 April 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1988, required a one off inspection of the engine fuel switch in accordance with Bell Alert SB No 212-88-52 to detect faulty switches that occurred during the manufacturing process.  The AD compliance was prior to 1 January 1989.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
