AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 212/37 Amdt 1.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1987, required checking the torque on the nuts retaining the pillow block to the yoke every 25 flight hours until modified in accordance with Bell Alert SB No 212-87-43 Rev “A”. The AD compliance for modification was by 30 June 1987. As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required. |
