AD/Bell 206/69 Passenger Door Attachments Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 206/69.

Bell Helicopter Textron Canada (BHTC) 206 and Agusta Bell 206 Series Helicopters

AD/BELL 206/69 Passenger Door Attachments - Inspection 11/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1975, required a one off inspection of the passenger door hinges in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 206-75-7 to establish if any loose or working rivets were present securing the hinge half to the fuselage structure.  The AD compliance was within 25 hours time in service after the 5 December 1975.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
