AD/Bell 206/4 Control Tubes Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 206/4.

AD/BELL 206/4 Control Tubes - Inspection 11/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1968, required a one off inspection of the swaged ends of the cyclic and collective tubes in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 206A-6 to ensure the correct outside diameter.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service from the 13 June 1968.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
