AD/BELL 206/38 Main Rotor Mast - Inspection 11/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, issued in 1972, required an inspection in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 206-23 to ensure that the angular relationship of the master spline to the swashplate drive collar milled notch was within acceptable limits.  The AD compliance required inspection within 25 hours time in service after
28 November 1972.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
