AD/BELL 206/28 Engine Bell Mouth Seal Doubler - Modification 11/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, issued in 1970, required modification of the engine bellmouth seal doubler in accordance with Bell Service Letter 206A-152 to ensure that interference is eliminated between the doubler and the engine compressor oil line.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 30 September 1970.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
