AD/Bell 206/124 Amdt 1 Driveshaft Seal Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 206/124 Amdt 1.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1992, required inspection of the driveshaft for evidence of coupling grease leakage and replacement of the driveshaft seal in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 206-91-61 or 206L-91-74-14. The AD compliance was effective from 28 December 1992. As all aircraft would have been inspected and the driveshaft seal replaced, the AD is no longer required. |
