AD/Bell 206/105 Amdt 1 Airframe Fuel Filter Assembly Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 206/105 Amdt 1.

AD/BELL 206/105 Amdt 1 Airframe Fuel Filter Assembly 11/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1987, required modification of airframe fuel filter assembly in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 206L-86-41 to provide the bypass valve and switch chamber to be self bleeding.  The AD compliance was no later than 31 March 1987.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
