AD/Bell 205/59 Swashplate Outer Ring Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 205/59.

AD/BELL 205/59 Swashplate Outer Ring 3/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1990, required inspection of the swashplate outer ring in accordance with Bell Alert S.B. No. 205-90-37 to identify parts that have a casting defect created during manufacture.  The AD compliance was prior to 25 May 1990.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
