AD/Bell 205/51 Amdt 1 Vertical Fin Spar Cap Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 205/51 Amdt 1.

AD/BELL 205/51 Amdt 1 Vertical Fin Spar Cap 3/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1988, required a one off inspection of the vertical fin spar cap in accordance with Bell ASB Bell 205-86-23 to establish the spar cap was within tolerance.  The AD compliance was within 20 hours time in service after 24 March 1988.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required.
