AD/Bell 205/41 Amdt 1 External Cargo Suspension Kit Load Restriction and Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 205/41 Amdt 1.

AD/BELL 205/41 Amdt 1 External Cargo Suspension Kit - Load Restriction and Modification 3/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1978, required modification of the external cargo suspension kit in accordance with Bell ASB No. 205-78-4.  The AD compliance was before 1 September 1978.  As all aircraft would be modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
