AD/Bell 205/33 Synchronised Elevator Inspection, Modification and Retirement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 205/33.

AD/BELL 205/33 Synchronised Elevator - Inspection, Modification and Retirement 3/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 12 March 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1976, required inspection of the synchronised elevator in accordance with Bell ASB 205-76-5, Rev. “A” for evidence of cracks.  The AD compliance was every 25 hours time in service.  As this requirement is now contained in the Bell Maintenance Manual, the AD is no longer required.
