AD/Bell 205/21 Swashplate Scissors Lever Bolts Inspection Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 205/21.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1974, required a one off inspection of the swashplate scissor lever bolts in accordance with Bell SB No. 205-(04-2)-74-1 to ensure proper torque of the bolts. The AD compliance was within 25 hours time in service after 16 September 1974. As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the AD is no longer required. |
