AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 95/25.

Beechcraft 95 (Travelair) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 95/25 Emergency Exits - Placards and Markings 3/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 13 March 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD issued in 1984 required the standardisation of emergency exit placards and modification of the window latch.  The requirements for the emergency placards are now contained in AD/GENERAL/4 Amendment 3 and the Aircraft Flight Manual, and the modification of the window latch would now have been completed on existing aircraft.  Therefore the requirements of this directive are no longer necessary.
