AD/BEECH 95/14 Second Row Seats Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 95/14.

AD/BEECH 95/14 Second Row Seats 8/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD raised in 1973, required an inspection of the rear attachment rails of the first and second row seat rails to ensure that stops were fitted at the forward ends, and to fit stops as necessary.  Compliance was before 31 July 1973.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
