AD/BEECH 90/9 Window Protection Installation Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 90/9.

AD/BEECH 90/9 Window Protection - Installation 8/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD raised in 1967 required the baggage and toilet compartment windows to be suitably protected to prevent accidental damage from inside the aircraft.  Compliance was required forthwith.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
