AD/BEECH 90/74 Ansair Passenger Seats - Inspection 8/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD raised in 1985 required removal of Ansair passenger seats that had been modified without appropriate design approval.  Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 31January 1985, or at the next scheduled inspection for Maintenance Release issue after 31 January 1985, whichever is the later.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
