AD/BEECH 90/7 Control Sub-Panel Shelf Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 90/7.

AD/BEECH 90/7 Control Sub-Panel Shelf - Modification 8/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1967 against Beechcraft Service Bulletin (SB) No.67-5, required a one-off inspection and possible modification of the control
sub-panel shelf to prevent possible interference between the sub-panel shelf and elevator controls.

Compliance was forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected and modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
