AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 77/4.

Beechcraft 77 (Skipper) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 77/4 Elevator Control Arm Bushings 7/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1980 against Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 1135, required replacement of the elevator control arm bushing to reduce the possibility of free play in the elevator control arm assembly.

Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 31 July 1980.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
