AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 77/12.

Beechcraft 77 (Skipper) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 77/12 Engine Mount Assembly and
Engine Control Linkage
7/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1983 against Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 1233, required the replacement of the engine mount assembly with a new and improved assembly, and a modification of the engine control linkage to ensure clearance between the engine mount and engine control linkage.

Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 28 February 1983.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
