Beechcraft 65 and 70 (Queen Air) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 65/9 Automatic Pilot Shutoff Valves - Installation 7/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1967 against Beechcraft Service Bulletin (SB) No.66-4, required a modification to the air supply to the autopilot by installing a shutoff valve, for the purpose of preventing air in the pneumatic system from activating a defective autopilot servo.

Compliance was before 1 November 1967.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, it is considered that the AD is no longer required.
