AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

Beechcraft 65 and 70 (Queen Air) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 65/37 Electrothermal Deice
Firewall Connector - Sealing
7/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, issued in 1973, required sealing the firewall connector of the electrothermal deice system to prevent possible short circuiting in accordance with Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 0532-355.

The compliance of the AD was within 100 hours time in service after 30 March 1973.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected by now, this AD is no longer required.
