AD/BEECH 65/3 Nose Landing Gear Attachment Bolts Replacement Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 65/3.

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD was raised in 1967 against Beechcraft Service Bulletin (SB) 65-15, requiring replacement of the nose gear attachment bolts with bolts of a greater strength.  Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 13 October 1965.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
