AD/BEECH 65/2 Fuel System Check Valves - Installation 7/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD issued in 1967 required the installation of check valves in the fuel system plumbing for each engine to eliminate the possibility of inadvertent fuel transfer in accordance with Beechcraft Service Bulletin (SB) No. 64-20, rather than a State of Design AD.

Compliance was within 200 hours TIS after 22 July 1965.

Given the extended period this AD has been promulgated, and that a State of Design AD has not been published, it is considered that the continued publication of this AD to be no longer necessary.
