AD/BEECH 60/24 Second Row Seats Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 60/24.

AD/BEECH 60/24 Second Row Seats 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD issued in 1973, required inspection of the rear attachment rails of the first and second row seat rails to ensure that stops were fitted at the forward ends, and to fit stops as necessary.  Compliance was before 1 April 1974.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
