AD/BEECH 56/4 Nacelle Side Brace Ribs Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 56/4.
Beechcraft 56TC (Turbo Baron) Series Aeroplanes
| AD/BEECH 56/4 | Nacelle Side Brace Ribs | 7/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008. | |
Background: | This unique Australian AD was issued in 1968 against a recommendation in Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 0094-063, that required an inspection to determine if buckling existed at the firewall side brace ribs, and to reinforce as required as soon as practical. Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 28 December 1968 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 200 hours TIS until modified. As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required. |
