AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 56/3.
Beechcraft 56TC (Turbo Baron) Series Aeroplanes
| AD/BEECH 56/3 | Cabin Door Latch | 6/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008. | |
Background: | This unique Australian AD was issued in 1968 against Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 0004-104, requiring the installation of a third latch point for the cabin door to prevent it deflecting in flight. Compliance was before 1 November 1968. As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required. |
