AD/BEECH 56/28 Hawker De Havilland Restraint System Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 56/28.

AD/BEECH 56/28 Hawker De Havilland Restraint System 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was issued in 1988 requiring inspection for corrosion damage occurring in the structure at the upper torso restraint attachment.  Aircraft affected were those modified in accordance with Hawker De Havilland drawing
05-F-670.  Compliance was at the next inspection for maintenance release issue after
3 November 1988.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
