Beechcraft 56TC (Turbo Baron) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 56/15 Fuel System - Placards 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was issued in 1974 against Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 0559-281, rather than a State of Design AD, requiring new decals to be installed to reflect a change in unusable fuel and to denote new FAA minimum fuel requirements for take-off.

Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 31 July 1974.

As all affected aircraft would have complied with this AD by now, it is considered that an unsafe condition no longer exists.
