AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 55/75.

Beechcraft 55, 58 and 95-55 (Baron) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 55/75 Pilot and Copilot Shoulder Harness 25/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 8 January 2010.

Background:

A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive have been superseded by FAA AD 2009-25-01, Amendment 39-16118, issued on 4 December 2009.

For this Beech aircraft series, no additional requirements are created by this supersession.
