AD/BEECH 50/22 Control Wheel Adaptor Cancelled (Cth)

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 50/22.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1972 against Beechcraft Service Instruction (SI) No. 0254-156, required a one-off inspection to ensure the security of the control wheel adaptor weld assembly. Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary modified long ago, this AD is no longer required. |
