AD/BEECH 36/38 Pilot and Co-Pilot Shoulder Harness Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 36/38.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 8 January 2010.

Background:

A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1 October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive have been superseded by FAA AD 2009-25-01, Amendment 39-16118, issued on 4 December 2009.

The superseding AD adds certain serial number A36TC aircraft to the applicability.
