AD/BEECH 36/15 First and Second Row Seats Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 36/15.

AD/BEECH 36/15 First and Second Row Seats 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD issued in 1973, required inspection of the rear attachment rails of the first and second row seat rails to ensure that stops were fitted at the forward ends, and to fit stops as necessary.  Compliance was before 31 July 1973.

As all affected aircraft will have been inspected, and if necessary modified, in accordance with this AD long ago, this AD is no longer required.
