AD/BEECH 36/1 Amdt 1 Pilots Safety Harness and Inertia Reel Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 36/1 Amdt 1.

AD/BEECH 36/1 Amdt 1 Pilots Safety Harness and Inertia Reel 3/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 13 March 2008.
Background:	This AD was issued in 1968 and required installation of safety harnesses to the front seats in accordance with ANO 101.0.  ANO 101.0 has been cancelled and AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1 now requires the installation of front seat restraints.  Therefore the requirements of this directive are no longer appropriate or necessary.
