AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 35/38.

Beechcraft 35 (Bonanza) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 35/38 Second Row Seats 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, issued in 1973, required a one-off inspection of the second row seat rails to ensure that stops were fitted at the forward ends, and installation of stops as necessary.  This requirement was initiated on advice received from the Australian Beechcraft distributor that stops may not have been fitted.  Compliance was before 31 July 1973.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, the AD is no longer required.
