AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 35/19.

Beechcraft 35 (Bonanza) Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 35/19 Differential Elevator Arm 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD was issued against Beechcraft Service Bulletins (SB) published in 1956.  These required a dye - penetrant inspection of the elevator differential arm to eliminate from service any parts which had external irregularities.  Compliance with the AD was required forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, the AD is no longer required.
