AD/BEECH 33/26 Front Seat Restraint Installation Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 33/26.
Beechcraft 33 and 35-33 (Debonair/Bonanza) Series Aeroplanes
| AD/BEECH 33/26 | Front Seat Restraint Installation | 4/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008. | |
Background: | This AD, issued in 1976, withdrew approval of front seat restraint installation to Civil Flying Services Drawing No. 1010, and replaced it with an upper torso restraint modified to a scheme approved by the then Secretary. As the AD required compliance within 100 hours TIS after 31 December 1976, all aircraft would have been modified long ago. Hence, the AD is no longer required. |
