AD/BEECH 33/1 Vertical Stabiliser Trailing Edge Skin Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 33/1.
Beechcraft 33 and 35-33 (Debonair/Bonanza) Series Aeroplanes
| AD/BEECH 33/1 | Vertical Stabiliser Trailing Edge Skin | 4/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008. | |
Background: | This AD was raised against manufacturer’s Service Bulletin (SB) Model 33 No.2. The SB required the installation of two supports between the vertical stabiliser trailing edge skins to reduce the possibility of vibration causing skin cracks in the aft spar rivet line. As this AD required one time action to be completed “Forthwith” in 1960, all aircraft would have been modified long ago. Hence, the AD is no longer required. |
