AD/BEECH 23/6 Rudder Pedal Position Gear Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes  Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/6.

Beechcraft 19, 23 and 24 Series Aeroplanes

AD/BEECH 23/6 Rudder Pedal Position Gear 13/2007

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 20 December 2007.
Background:	This is a unique Australian AD issued in 1964 to replace nylon rudder interconnect gears with aluminium gears.  All Australian aircraft were required to comply with this AD prior to September 1971 and therefore the unsafe condition no longer exists.
