AD/BEECH 23/43 Trailing Edge Flaps Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BEECH 23/43.

AD/BEECH 23/43 Trailing Edge Flaps 9/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 27 August 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified periodic inspection for corrosion of the internal structure of the wing flap at the flap hinge arm attachment.  Inspection was required at intervals not exceeding 3 years.  The inspection was based on maintenance experience in Australia.  Continued use of an AD to mandate this periodic inspection is no longer justified.
